Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is against Privatization of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Odeska Kinoindustria" Blocks of Shares.
It was stated in the text of the resolution draft "On Cessation of the Privatization of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Odeska Kinoindustria" Blocks of Shares", elaborated by V. Lytvyn for the Parliamentary scrutiny.
The document suggests temporary cessation of the closed joint-stock company "Odeska Kinoindustria" Blocks of Shares privatization as well as its transference into the lease.
The Government is obliged, in three-month term from the resolution publication day, to elaborate and introduce for the parliamentary scrutiny the bill on amendments to the certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the conditions preserving and renovation of the Ukrainian cinema art.
